I cannot thank these people enough- They had to tow my son's car who was having a very bad day to say the least..... A very fair price for the tow and very compassionate human beings. I'm retired from the automotive business and dealing with them was a refreshing change from what you come to expect. If I lived in the area, they would be my repair facility !! Awesome =) highly recommend them they went above and beyond with my car I am super happy. they really know what they are doing, and i have been to multiple places and never left as satisfied as i did when i took my car to sibbys.

Driving home to VA from CT with my two young children and my car died on 84. Engine done. Not only did they help try and make arrangements for us, they gave toys and got donuts for my kids and I, who were understandably very upset and frustrated. It was so appreciated and such a nice act of kindness. If they treat people who's business is t needed there, imagine how great they'll treat you when you do bring your business !

Thank you to Sibby's! I slid down my driveway and off into the yard. As I was stuck there facing the front of my house knowing that if I moved the wrong way and slid anymore I would crash into the house I felt petrified. Yet from the woman who answered the phone and assured me the tow truck would be there to help me to the 2 tow truck men that came and got me and my car out they were nothing but calming to me. So thankful for their quick response.

Our van broke down, out of state, on Christmas day. We have AAA gold, and the local company they called to 'haul' us back to NY was Sibby's. We had an amazing driver, John, who got us hooked up and on the road in no time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the driver couldn't have been any nicer, especially since we were in the truck with him the whole way back to NY! Thank you for your courteous and prompt service, and for the job you did, and for being willing to leave your family on Christmas to help out mine. Definitely 5 starts!

I have been switching auto repair mechanics since I moved to CT a few years ago and have finally found a place I like! The pricing was very fair. Some of my neighbors who have lived in town all their lives mentioned that the prices used to be much higher than they are now. They were all very friendly and helpful. Also they provide rentals for about $27 which I thought was very reasonable. The only reason that I gave them 4 and not 5 is that they did not have time to get to my car on the first day that I had it towed there.
