Introduced in 1955 as a sporty yet luxurious two-seater convertible, Ford's Thunderbird boasted handsome styling, a close-coupled cockpit, and standard V8 power. As the years went on, it morphed into a large luxury coupe and was eventually dropped in the late 1990s before being reborn for 2002 as once again, a sleek, V8-powered, two-seater convertible. Here we have one of those modern-day, retro-themed Thunderbirds. Better yet, it is a beautiful, pampered from day one example that boasts just 8,215 miles as well as a clean Carfax. As such, this T-bird looks more like a 2-year-old rather than a 24-year-old car. The arrow-straight body looks fantastic in Evening Black and is accented by 7-spoke chrome wheels. A Borla exhaust system provides a subdued yet muscular soundtrack when you lean into it. With their combination of open-air fun, comfort, performance, and style, these "Retro Birds" are great values.
